REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS BACKPACK GRANT MEAL BOXES 2026-13 Request for Proposals for participation in the Backpack Grant Meal Boxes for multiple Raleigh County Schools facilities will be received by the Malati Reeve, Director of Child Nutrition, at 105 Adair Street, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 no later Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 2:00 pm EST. Neither dating of proposal form nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Documents must be received on or before the date and time stated. Service providers must comply with all requirements and conditions set forth in the document package. Documents may be obtained at the Raleigh County Board of Education, Purchasing Department, 104 Allen Avenue, Beckley, WV 25801 or downloaded from Raleigh County Website at www.boe.rale.k12.wv.us/page/rfp-bids. After the scheduled closing time of receipt, no proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days. Pursuant to Chapter 21 – Article 11 of the "West Virginia Contractor Licensing Act" of 1991, all Contractors doing business in West Virginia must be licensed to perform work in the State; the Contractors W.V.
