REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
LOCAL LEGAL, SPECIAL PSC LEGAL, BOND COUNSEL AND ACCOUNTING SERVICES
The City of Parsons (City), Tucker County, West Virginia is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide the above referenced services for its wastewater system improvement project. A list of services required are included in the complete copies of the Request for Proposals and may be obtained by visiting www.Regionvii.com/resources or by contacting Agnes Arnold, Interim City Administrator at [email protected] or (304) 478-2311 or Carrie Wallace, Region VII Project Coordinator at [email protected] or (304) 472-6564.
An electronic copy of each proposal must be marked “Proposal for Local Legal Services, Proposal for Special PSC Legal Services, Proposal for Bond Counsel Services” or “Proposal for Accounting Services” and must be received by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 19, 2022. Submissions shall be sent to: City of Parsons c/o Agnes Arnold, Interim City Administrator and Region VII Planning & Development Council c/o Carrie Wallace, Project Coordinator via the email addresses above.

Selection criteria will include expertise, experience, personnel, references, and cost (which must include the hourly fee and proposed contract cost). The City will review all proposals and rank, based upon such criteria, the firm that will provide the services that are most advantageous to the City. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
