Outdoor Classroom
Spanishburg Elementary
The Mercer County Board of Education is requesting proposals to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation for construction of an outdoor classroom at Spanishburg Elementary. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. at Spanishburg Elementary School, 8544 Beckley Road, Spanishburg, WV 25922. No proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals for at least ninety days. Other requirements are detailed in the proposal package. Proposals will be opened November 25, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., conference room, Mercer County Board of Education, 1403 Honaker Avenue, Princeton, WV 24740. The Mercer County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in proposal responses.
