REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR) PREQUALIFIED FIRMS ONLY Cabell County Schools is soliciting sealed proposals from prequalified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the construction of the new Ona Elementary School in Ona, West Virginia, pursuant to West Virginia Code 5-22B-1 et seq.
