REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS School-Based Occupational Therapy Services Pocahontas County Schools is accepting proposals from qualified Occupational Therapists to provide school-based occupational therapy services for eligible students with disabilities in accordance with IDEA, WVBE Policy 2419, and applicable state and federal regulations. Services include evaluations and reevaluations, participation in IEP meetings, direct and indirect therapy services, consultation with school personnel and families, support for accommodations and assistive technology, progress monitoring, and required documentation. Applicants must possess a current West Virginia Occupational Therapy license and satisfy all applicable background check requirements. School-based experience is preferred. Proposal submissions shall include a cover letter, resume or curriculum vitae, proof of licensure, professional references, and proposed rates.
