Security Camera System
Greenbrier Valley Airport, Lewisburg, WV
Greenbrier Valley Airport is prepared to accept proposals for a camera system for the main terminal building. The number of cameras shall be 10 with a minimum of 2 mega pixel resolution. Additional specifications:
1. System is configurable, expandable and have a hierarchy of access levels, user IDs and passwords.
2. System must continue to be supportable through reliable manufacturers. No obsolete equipment or less than commercial grade equipment will be accepted.
3. Minimum of 30 days data storage, but no less than 12 TB of expandable storage space.
4. Capable of low light operations with clarity.
5. Cameras shall have motion detection to eliminate hours of dead space recording. Cameras shall also have on board data storage capable of backing up data for at least 5 seconds prior to initial motion detection to ensure a full storage of any movement in the monitored areas.
6. Capability for multiple hard wired viewing stations (minimum 5) and capability to be viewed from a mobile device with secure access.
7. Installation, Testing and owner training are considered part of the contract. Bidder must be capable of providing on-site service to the equipment.
8. 1 year of warranty on system hardware and installation are a minimum.
9. Viewing monitors and a computer for system access will be provided by the airport.
