REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Housing Authority of the City of Beckley is seeking proposals from licensed contractors to paint the interior of vacant one, two, three, and four bedroom units. Successful contractor must be fully licensed and insured (including Workers Compensation insurance). Interested parties should contact the Housing Authority to view typical units and to gather necessary information to prepare proposal by contacting the Authority at (304) 256-1772 or 100 Beckwoods Drive, Beckley, West Virginia. Deadline for submission is August 20, 2018, and the Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received.
