REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS WEST VIRGINIA STATE UNIVERSITY ARFP WSC2600000004 (RFP) CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR) SERVICES WV AGRICULTURE COMPLEX WEST VIRGINIA STATE UNIVERSITY CAMPUS, INSTITUTE, WV West Virginia State University ("University") invites proposals from prequalified construction management firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services, including preconstruction services, GMP development, construction, and contract administration, for the WV Agriculture Complex located on the West Virginia State University campus in Institute, West Virginia. The estimated construction budget is $35 million. This solicitation is open to prequalified firms only. Only firms selected during the Request for Qualifications phase (RFQ No. AEOI WSC2600000001) are eligible to submit a proposal in response to this RFP. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the West Virginia Government Construction Management At-Risk Contracts Act, W. Va. Code 5-22B-1 et seq. (2025).
