ACCOUNTANT
The Wyoming County Commission, Wyoming County, West Virginia is in the process of obtaining proposals from accounting firms to provide necessary services for the Indian Creek Waterline Extension project. The accountant will work closely with all team members, including the Wyoming County Commission, Town of Pineville, and Region I Planning & Development Council.
Procurement of said services shall be in accordance with 2 CFR 200.320(b)(2). Any contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal is within the competitive range and determined to be the most advantageous to the Wyoming County Commission, price, and other factors considered including familiarity and expertise with this type of project. The consultant's eligibility to receive federal funds will be verified at http://www.sam.gov prior to contract award.
All those interested in being considered must submit a proposal detailing qualifications and staffing capabilities, related prior work experience, fee schedule, and ability to complete work as needed on this project in a timely manner.

Attention is directed to the fact that the proposed project may be undertaken through funding sources including but not limited to local contribution, WV DEP AML Waterline Grant, WV IJDC Grant and Loan, USDA RD Grant and Loan, U.S. ACE Section 340 Reimbursable Grant, WV DEP DWTRF Design Loan, WV DEP DWTRF Principal Forgiveness Loan, and Appalachian Regional Commission Grant.
All work will be performed in accordance with the regulations issued by the funding agencies and the State of West Virginia appertaining thereto.
The selected firm(s) will be required to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Executive Order 11246, Section 109 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1974, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, Conflict of Interest Statement and Access to Records provisions and all other regulations as required by the funding agencies.
