VACANT UNIT TURNS
The Beckley Housing Authority (BHA), located at 100 Beckwoods Drive, Beckley, West Virginia is seeking sealed proposals in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Vacant Unit Turns at residential properties owned and operated by the Beckley Housing Authority in the City of Beckley.
A written proposal must be submitted to Mrs. Angela Hansford, Executive Director, Beckley Housing Authority, 100 Beckwoods Drive, Beckley, WV 25801 by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2026.
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Vacant Unit Turns." Only written and sealed proposals will be accepted. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Any proposal received after the time and date proposals are due will be returned unopened.

Davis Bacon wage rates, as established by the U.S. Department of Labor, and other Federal Labor Standard Provisions do not apply. Bidders shall comply with all State and Federal laws prohibiting discrimination in hiring or employment opportunities.
