The Region VIII Solid Waste Authority (Region VIII SWA) is seeking to purchase a used skid steer loader. Region VIII SWA is accepting sealed quotes, in their offices located at 131 Providence Lane, Grant County Industrial Park, Petersburg, WV until 2 p.m. on Friday May 27, 2016 or by mail to P.O. Box 116, Petersburg, WV 26847, until Noon on May 27, 2016. The skid steer loader should have the general features listed below:
Model year 2007 or later
Machine shall have rubber tires
Diesel engine with 3,000 or fewer hours
SAE Rated Operating Capacity of at least 1,950 lb. or higher
Machine shall come with a general purpose bucket
Machine shall have auxiliary hydraulics with quick connect couplings
The quotes will be opened publicly at the Authority’s offices on Friday, May 27, 2016 at 2:15 p.m. Quote forms and packages are available by calling the Authority at 304-257-2644. Please make sure that mailed quotes are sealed and are clearly identified on the envelope as “skid steer loader quote.” The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all quotes.
