REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS A&E SERVICES WVSU AERS BUILDING A SOLICITATION NO. 26-WVSUAERS-EOI-2 West Virginia State University Research and Development Corporation (WVSU R&D) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide professional A&E services for the renovation of Building A located on the campus of West Virginia State University in Institute, Kanawha County, West Virginia. The project involves a phased renovation of a 14,309 gross square foot facility, including upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems; improvements to the building envelope (roof, windows, and doors); and interior renovations to laboratory, research, office, and training spaces. Phase 1 will encompass approximately 4,200 square feet of interior renovation and full roof replacement of the entire building. This project is funded by the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture (100% federal funds). Submissions by any other method will not be accepted. Submissions will be publicly opened and recorded at that time in the Dr. Hazo Carter Integrated Research and Extension Building, Conference Room, 200 Avenue A, Institute, West Virginia.
