WV School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) on behalf of the WVSOM Board of Governors is soliciting firm fixed proposals from qualified vendors to provide an Academic Management System (AMS) for the institution. We are seeking a system that can be used across all four (4) years of the undergraduate medical school curriculum and provide a single solution for tracking, assessment, and reporting of critical data for program evaluation, curriculum evaluation, continuous quality improvement, and to meet accreditation requirements. ALL REQUESTS FOR THE RFP AND VENDOR QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING BY 16 MARCH 2016 (ONLY) TO:

All bids must be submitted in accordance with the RFP as issued by the WVSOM Contracts Department. The RFP is to be issued on or about 08 March 2016. Sealed proposals must be received by the WVSOM Contracts Department, 400 North Lee Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901, room A221 no later than 3:30 pm (EST) on 23 30th March 2016. All bids must be submitted on the RFP Document forms as required in accordance with the RFP.
