Sealed bids for ROLLER SECURITY DOORS AND FILM at Clear Fork Elementary will be received by the Raleigh County Board of Education, 104 Allen Avenue, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 no later than Thursday June 25, 2026, at 10:00 am EST. Bids will be opened and read aloud at this time.
Neither dating of proposal form nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Documents must be received on or before the date and time stated. Service providers must comply with all requirements and conditions set forth in the document package. .

ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY – all interested bidders MUST attend the Pre-Bid Information Meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project conditions and other relevant information. Should any provider fail to attend, its bid will be disqualified.
After the scheduled closing time of receipt, no proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days.
