CITY OF RONCEVERTE, WEST VIRGINIA
Notice is hereby given that the City of Ronceverte, West Virginia, a municipal corporation, at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Ronceverte (the “City Council”) to be held on February 4, 2018, at seven o’clock (7:00) p.m. in the Ronceverte City Hall, 182 Main Street W, will hold a public hearing before the final vote on a proposed ordinance, the principal object of which is the increase of water rates for the customers of the City of Ronceverte’s water utility. The title of such ordinance is “An Ordinance Increasing Existing Rates, Charges and Fees For Water Service For All Customers of the City of Ronceverte’s Municipal Water System.” The final vote on adoption of said proposed ordinance shall be taken following the public hearing on February 4, 2018, at seven o’clock (7:00) p.m. in the Ronceverte City Hall. Interested persons may appear and be heard by the City Council with respect to the passage of the proposed ordinance. Following the public hearing, the City Council shall take such actions as it shall deem proper upon the ordinance. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public inspection at the Ronceverte City Hall, 182 Main Street W, Ronceverte, West Virginia.
