The Clay County Commission will hold a public auction to sell the following tract of land on January 7, 2015 at 1:00 p.m., with a minimum bid of $10,000.00:
.79 Acres Town of Widen Surface located in Widen, WV, County of Clay and known as the Widen Community Center building and lot. A description of the property is recorded in the Clay County Clerk’s Office, Deed Book 181 at Page 497.
The Auction will be held onsite with an open house held one hour prior to the sale, weather permitting. You may call 304-587-4259 to confirm date of sale if weather is questionable. 10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} of the bid will be required at the sale (if paid with uncertified check, funds will be confirmed with bank within 48 hours; sale is void if funds cannot be confirmed) with the balance due within 30 days of sale.
