Sealed Bids

The Clay County Commission has a tract of timber for sale and is accepting sealed bids. The timber is described as 34.5 Acres Waters of Buffalo and Elk. Sealed bids will be accepted until December 31, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. Timber requirements are 14” DBH chest high minimum. The buyer is responsible for marking boundaries and staying within said boundaries. Payment for timber is due at time upon signing contract. A copy of the deed is available in the Clay County Clerk’s office. This Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Bids will be opened on January 4, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. by the Clay County Commission.
