Due to unforeseen issues, the Board of Education is postponing the sale of the 3 parcels of land in Springfield, WV. The board is continuing with the sale of the modular building at the old Slanesville Elementary. The location of the sale is being moved to Slanesville, WV.
LOCATION: 6550 Bloomery Pike, Slanesville, WV 25444.
REAL ESTATE: 95’ x 24’ modular at old Slanesville Elementary – 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and entry way located at 6550 Bloomery Pike, Slanesville, WV 25444.
TERMS OF SALE: 10% non-refundable deposit due the day of sale which is on the bid price and 5% buyer’s premium. Balance due within 60 days upon delivery of deed. Deposit will be applied at closing. Taxes will be pro-rated as of day of sale. Property is sold “AS IS” by the boundaries, without warranty expressed or implied.
Successful bidder will be given until July 31, 2026 to remove modular building from premises.
