Let it be known that all attempts by Alkire Rental Properties, Inc. to contact Richard Smith for non-payment of rent have failed.
This is a final 30-day eviction notice for Tenant to pay rental arrearages in full and vacate unit# 918 and unit# N7 by October 31, 2015. If Tenant has not contacted Management by said date, it will be understood that the contents of the unit have been abandoned and will be sold to fulfill debt.
