Solicitation of Interest
The State of West Virginia is soliciting offers from parties interested in providing on a leased basis, a 12-bed Forensic Group Home in Raleigh County containing approximately 5,000 to 7,000 square feet along with 14 parking spaces. The Home should not be located near public and private schools; school bus stops; licensed day care and licensed preschool facilities; public parks; publicly dedicated trails; sports fields; playgrounds; recreational and community centers; and public and private youth camps.
The building and parking lot must be ADA compliant and meet all applicable federal, state and local codes, standards and ordinances.
This is only a solicitation of interest. If you have an existing building or a new construction site and are interested in providing a Forensic Group Home on a leased basis, please respond with your contact information.
