The City of Pleasant Valley’s Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a special public hearing for the following request(s) on April 23, 2020 at 6:30 P.M.
1. Chad Nuzum is requesting a setback variance for a rear deck at 1208 Rivershore Drive 312 Hancock Lane (Tax Map 22-18A, Parcel 29.1).
2. Fat Boys Prime BBQ is requesting a conditional use to operate a restaurant at 1707 Pleasant Valley Road (Tax Map 22-16, Parcel 20) as required by Article 6000, III, C, 1 & 2 of the Planning and Zoning Code.
