TERMS OF SALE:

2) The Purchaser shall be responsible for the payment of the transfer taxes imposed by the West Virginia Code § 11-22-1.

3) The Beneficiary and/or the Servicer of the Deed of Trust and Note reserve the right to submit a bid for the property at sale.

4) The Special Commissioner reserves the right to continue sale of the subject property from time to time by written or oral proclamation, which continuance shall be in the sole discretion of the Special Commissioner.

Title of Amendment: “Amendment No. 1: Protection of persons against medically assisted suicide”

Summary of Purpose: “The purpose of this amendment is to protect West Virginians against medically assisted suicide.”

Full Text of the Amendment: §3-23. Protection against medically assisted suicide. No person, physician, or health care provider in the State of West Virginia shall participate in the practice of medically assisted suicide, euthanasia, or mercy killing of a person. Nothing in this section prohibits the administration or prescription of medication for the purpose of alleviating pain or discomfort while the patient’s condition follows its natural course; nor does anything in this section prohibit the withholding or withdrawing of life-sustaining treatment, as requested by the patient or the patient’s decision-maker, in accordance with State law. Further, nothing in this section prevents the State from providing capital punishment.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD

WEST VIRGINIA

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 111,is hereby giving notice of and scheduling a thirty (30) day public comment period on West Virginia’s proposed authorization revisions of its hazardous waste management program inaccordance with litle 40 of the United States Code of Federal Regulations, Section 271.21 (b)(4). 

West Virginia has applied for final authorization for revisions to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). EPA reviewed West Virginia’s application and has made a determination, subject to public review and comment, that these revisions satisfy all of the requirements necessary to qualify for Final Authorization. A full list of the revisions is provided in the Federal Register and West Virginia’s complete authorization application can be viewed at www.regulations.gov under Docket ID No. EPA-R03- RCRA-2024-0046. 

Interested parties are encouraged to submit comments electronically, identified by Docket ID No. EPA-R03-RCRA-2024-0046, within 30 calendar days of this notice, through the Federal eRulemaking Portal at www. regulations.gov or by email to ortizcarrero.prisclil [email protected]

Renner, has filed a Petition for Divorce in the referenced matter, to further request that the Court grant this Petition for Divorce, and for such other and further relief as this Court may deem just and proper.

It is appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that the Petitioner is a resident of Jefferson 

County, West Virginia, but that the Respondent is a citizen of the Country of Germany. The Respondent last resided in the United States of America in January 2018, and then returned to the Country of Germany. The Respondent’s address in Germany is unknown to the Petitioner. 

It is hereby ADJUDGED and ORDERED that the Respondent, Nadine D. Renner, serve upon the Petitioner, Adam P. Renner, through Counsel whose address is P.O. Box 344, Charles Town, West Virginia 25414, an Answer, including any Counterclaim, or any related defense to the Petition for Divorce, filed in this action, on or before November 1, 2024.

Failure to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petitioner’s Petition for Divorce. This Order shall be published as a Class II Legal Advertisement in The Spirt of Jefferson News Paper, a newspaper in the publication area of Jefferson County, West Virginia.

Renner, or where the aforesaid Respondent resides.  The Respondent’s last known whereabouts was in the Country of Germany

Further, that I have used due diligence to determine the current address of the aforementioned Respondent and have been unable to locate said address. 

Therefore, the current address of the aforementioned Respondent is unknown to me.
