The facility is proposed to be covered under Sector W-1 of the existing General Permit. Business conducted: Receiving (wet) magnetite, storage and drying of the magnetite, and transferring the (dry) magnetite to trucks via silos. Implementation: N/A. On the basis of review of the application , the "Water Pollution Control Act (Chapter 22, Article 11-8(a))," and the "West Virginia Legislative Rules," the State of West Virginia will act on the above application. Any interested person may submit written comments on the site registration permit application and may request a public hearing by addressing such to the Director of the Division of Water and Waste Management within 30 days of the date of the public notice.
