Activity: 4.37 acres of earth disturbance for construction of a 1 million gallon water storage tank at the city park with associated grading and access road. Construction of approximately 5000 feet of line running from the St. Albans City Park down Observatory Drive and Kanawha Terrace to reconnect to the existing water line in front of St. Albans High School. This project is being sent to Public Notice due to the length of grading till final stabilization being over one year.
