Activity: 4.37 acres of earth disturbance for construction of a 1 million gallon water storage tank at the city park with associated grading and access road. Construction of approximately 5000 feet of line running from the St. Albans City Park down Observatory Drive and Kanawha Terrace to reconnect to the existing water line in front of St. Albans High School. This project is being sent to Public Notice due to the length of grading till final stabilization being over one year. Business conducted: Discharge of treated stormwater through Unnamed Tributaries of Two & Three Quarter Mile Creek, a tributary of the Lower Kanawha River. Implementation: N/A On the basis of review of the application the "Water Pollution Control Act (Chapter 22, Article 11-8(a))," and the "West Virginia Legislative Rules," the State of West Virginia will act on the above application. Any interested person may submit written comments on the site registration permit application and may request a public hearing by addressing such to the Director of the Division of Water and Waste Management within 30 days of the date of the public notice.
