The Summers County Commission is seeking bids for the demolition of approximately 13 structures. The work scope may include removal/abatement of asbestos materials.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 4th, 2025 at 3pm in the Auditorium of the Summers County Memorial Building. Bids will NOT be accepted from contractors who do not attend the pre-bid meeting. Contractors must be on time for the pre-bid meeting. Bid packets can be obtained at the meeting.
Sealed bids are to be received by the Summers County Commission no later than 4:00 p.m. on November 10th, 2025. Bids will be opened and a vendor selected at the next regular Commission meeting following the deadline. Sealed bids can be mailed or hand delivered.
