TO: Constance S. Haun, General REceiver of the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia, nd All Persons Who Have Money Suject to the Future Order of Said Court Which Remains Undisbursed:
You are hereby notified that the undersigned, Elisabeth H. Rose, Commissioner, who is required by an Order of the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia, entered on the 3rd day of October, 2002, to state and settle the accounts of Constance S. Haun, General Receiver of said Court, which accounts remain undisbursed, shall, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 21st day of May, 2015, in her office at 612 WesBanco Building, Fairmont, Marion County, West Virginia, proceed to execute the aforesaid order, at which time and place you are required to attend with such evidence as will enable her to comply with the Order of said Court.
