The City of Fairmont’s Planning Commission will hold a Special Meeting for the following item on April 22, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. at the Public Safety Building, 500 Quincy Street, at which time interested persons may appear and be heard
A. An emergency resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Fairmont suspending the rules of order and procedure to the extent necessary to permit the commission to meet telephonically or via a live audio or visual stream platform for regular or special or emergency meetings; all open meeting act requirements preserved.
