NOTICE
The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority is seeking sealed bids for the supply of protective cover material for the upcoming Cell 7 Expansion Construction. A detailed bid document will be available from Alliance Consulting, Inc. in either hard or digital format.
Sealed bids will be accepted until July 29, 2026 until 1:00 p.m. Bids will be opened on July 29, 2026 at 1:05 p.m. All bids must be sealed and marked as “Protective Cover Supply Bid”. Bids can be mailed or dropped off to the Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority at 480 Landfill Road, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
Bid documents may be obtained by contacting the Project Engineer, Brian Shorts, PE at Alliance Consulting, Inc. at 304-255-0491, or by email to [email protected].
The deadline for questions / clarifications is Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. All questions / requests for clarifications must be written and emailed to [email protected] by the deadline.
All other questions can be directed to Kelly Childers, Landfill Manager at 304-645-2489.
The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities.
