The Wayne County Board of Education, Wayne, West Virginia, invites sealed bids for drainage improvements at the Spring Valley High School (SVHS) Football Complex. Bids will be received at 212 North Court Street, Wayne, WV 25570 until 2:00 PM (ET) on Tuesday, March 25, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Work consists of two projects (contractors may bid one or both): Project 1 – Home Bleachers Hillside Drainage & Soil Restoration: Regrading/earthwork, hillside drainage improvements (surface swale/berm and subsurface French drain), erosion controls, topsoil and seeding, and site restoration. Project 2 – Visitor Side / End Zone Drainage System: Drainage structure replacement/installation, approximately 470 LF of 6-inch drainage piping, one trenchless bore under the track, outfall/tie-in to existing storm system or daylight outlet (with erosion protection), and restoration of turf/track/disturbed surfaces.
