The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter for of Intent from 3M’s Services, LLC, CON File #26-1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/11-13553-BH, the development of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Waiver services in Hancock, Hampshire, Greenbrier, Grant, Gilmer, Fayette, Doddridge, Clay, Calhoun, Cabell, Brooke, Braxton, Boone, Berkeley, Hardy, Harrison, Jackson, Jefferson, Kanawha, Lewis, Lincoln, Logan, Marion, Marshall, Mason, McDowell, Mercer, Mineral, Mingo, Monongalia, Monroe, Morgan, Nicholas, Ohio, Pendleton, Pleasants, Pocahontas, Preston, Putnam, Raleigh, Randolph, Ritchie, Roane, Summers, Taylor, Tyler, Upshur, Wayne, Webster, Wetzel, Wirt, Wood and Wyoming Counties in West Virginia. Capital Expenditure $28,000.
