IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR DRINKING WATER MONITORING REQUIREMENTS NOT MET FOR

We are required to monitor your drinking water on a regular basis. Results of regular-monitoring are an indicator of whether or not our drinking water meets health standards. Between 1/1/2017 and 12/31/2019, we failed to submit the required samples as indicated below and therefore cannot be sure of the quality of our drinking water during that time.

What happened? What is being done? (Describer corrective action)
We took the samples on time and faxed the results in on time. We sent 26 pages and they received 24 pages. We didn’t see the difference until we received the violation.
We will try to be more observant in the future.
