Please take notice that the City of New Martinsville, West Virginia, will be having the first public reading of the implementation of the Sales and Use Tax
Ordinance, as well as, the Business and Occupation Tax Reduction Ordinance, pursuant to the Provisions of the W.Va. Code 8-11-4(a)(2). Copies of the ordinance will be available for public inspection during open office hours at the New Martinsville City Building,

The Sales and Use Tax Implementation Ordinance and the Business and Occupation Reduction Ordinance shall be subject to a public hearing on Monday,
December 9, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, at the New Martinsville City Building,
191 Main Street, New Martinsville, WV 26155.
First public reading will be held on December 2, 2019 at 7:30 p.m.,at the Regular Council Meeting, in the Council Chambers at New Martinsville City Building. Second public reading and adoption of the said ordinances will immediately follow public hearing on December 9, 2019 in the Council Chambers at the New Martinsville City Building, 191 Main Street, New Martinsville, WV 26155. Any interested person may appear to be heard
at said public hearing.
