Rowe, Chief Judge of the Circuit Court of Pocahontas County, West Virginia at the Pocahontas County Courthouse, Marlinton, West Virginia for purposes of a Preliminary Hearing regarding Infant Respondent, C.V. on the 2nd day of October, 2015 at 11:15 a.m., at which time you may appear to protect your interests. You are further notified that this proceeding can result in permanent termination of your custodial and parental rights to the Infant Respondent, C.V. and, that you have the right to Counsel at every stage of the proceedings.
