All persons having claims against the estates of the persons listed above, deceased, whether due or not, are notified to exhibit same, with the voucher thereof, legally verified, to the undersigned, at her office, at High & Court Streets, Elkins, West Virginia, on or before the 23rd day of November, 2015; otherwise they may, by law, be excluded from all benefit of said estates. All beneficiaries of said estates may appear on or before said day to examine said claims and otherwise protect their interests.
