Pursuant to Section 46-9-504 of the West Virginian Uniform Commercial Code, the MVB Bank, Inc. Will sell at public sale to the highest cash bidder on Friday, Sept 28 28th, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at MVB Bank, Inc., 301 Virginia Avenue, Fairmont WV the following repossessed vehicle:

The sale of the above described articles will be made WITHOUT WARRANTY, and the bank reserves the right (1) to bid at the public sale; (2) to reject bids at the public sale and (3) to continue such sale at any other time and place by announcement of such continuance at the time and place set forth herein.
This collateral is held to secure an obligation arising under a security agreement dated April 3rd, 2015 made by JoDell an Michael Trotto and held by the undersigned as secured party.
The vehicle to be sold may be inspected by appointment at MVB Bank, Inc., 301 Virginia Ave, Fairmont, WV 26554. The terms of sale shall be cash in hand at time of sale.
