Any individual or entity believing that may have ownership of funds deposited in the Trust Account of Attorney William D. Goodwin, who died on August 18, 2022, should contact Robert B. If no one asserts a claim or there are funds remaining in the Trust Account after July 1, 2024, the West Virginia Supreme Court will be asked to have the remaining funds transferred to the West Virginia State Bar.
