Fuller, surveyor, dated February 10, 1958, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, on July 17, 1959, in Deed Book 559, at Page 405, at Lot Number Two (2), containing 1.56 acres, more or less excepting and reserving however, those portions conveyed by Deed dated September 9, 1981, recorded in Deed Book 826 at Page 142, and by Deed dated November 29, 1982, recorded in Deed Book 847 at Page 777. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 5272 Ohio River Road, Lesage, WV 25537. AND BEING the same real estate which was conveyed to John A. Lawrence and Walterne Lawrence, by Deed dated December 6, 2001, from Charles J. Lobdell III and Janie K.
