At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 6913 Boreman Drive, Charleston, WV 25312. AND BEING the same real estate which was conveyed to Kelly E. Newhouse, by Deed dated February 29, 2000, from Patsy P. Lopez, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 2492 at Page 158.
