The surface of a certain lot or parcel of land, together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Trap Hill District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being Lot No. Five (5) as shown and designated on a map entitled "LACY HARPER MOUNTAIN FARM LOTS, Town and Trap Hill Districts, Raleigh County, W.Va., Scale 1" = 100' P.H. Wilson, Eng. Aug 1, 1936," which said map is attached to that certain deed from Roger Stanley and Margaret Stanely, his wife, to I.N. Alderman and Mamie Alderman, his wife, which said Deed is dated the 14th day of September, 1943, and is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 192, at Page 227, to which map reference is hereby expressly made for a more particular description of said Lot No. Five (5) hereby conveyed:

Being the same property conveyed unto Andria Crystal Marie Wiseman, by Deed of Russell Bailey, dated April 15, 2022 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Raleigh County Commission simultaneously with this Deed of Trust.
At the same time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 425 Circleview Drive, Beckley, WV 25801.
AND BEING the same real estate which was conveyed to Andria Crystal Marie Wiseman, by Deed dated April 15, 2022, from Russell Bailey, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 5076, at Page 1598.
The above-described property will be sold subject to any covenants, restrictions, easements, leases and conditions of record, and subject to any unpaid real estate taxes.
The subject property will be sold in âAS ISâ condition. The Substitute Trustee shall be under no duty to cause any existing tenant or person occupying the subject property to vacate said property.
TERMS: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase price as a deposit with the balance due and payable within 30 days of the day of sale.
