Uecke and Venay M. Uecke did convey unto John R. Lukens, Trustee, certain real property described in said deed of trust; and the beneficiary has elected to appoint Teays Valley Trustees, LLC as substitute Trustees by a Substitution of Trustee recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office; and default having been made under the aforementioned deed of trust and the undersigned Trustees, having been instructed by the secured party to foreclose thereunder, will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Raleigh County Courthouse, 215 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801 on: January 22, 2015 At 2:06 p.m. The following lot, tract or parcel of real estate situate on Harper Road, Town Tax District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being the surface, together with any appurtenances thereon, of Lots Nos. 15 and 16 of Section No. 2 as shown on map of “Homewood” Addition recorded in said Clerk’s Office in Map and Plat Record No. 4 at Page 1, which said lots are more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake on Jarrell Street, a corner to Lot No. 14, thence with line Lot No. 14, 200 feet to a stake, a corner to Lots Nos. 7 and 8; thence with line of Lot No. 8, 134 feet to a stake on line of Beaver Coal Company; thence with line of Beaver Coal Company, 214.13 feet to a stake at right angle corner, still on line of Beaver Coal Company property; thence from said stake and with line of Beaver Coal Company, 159.7 feet to a stake on Jarrell Street; thence with Jarrell Street, 232 feet to the point of beginning.
