NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated July 13, 2009, from Duane A. Williams and Leatha G. Williams to Casie McGee, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 655, at page 430, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $144,605.59, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Greenbrier County Courthouse in Lewisburg, West Virginia on March 10, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, a parcel of land together with the buildings thereon, and the easements, rights of way and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying, being and situate in Irish Corner District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
That parcel of land in Irish Corner District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia
on the west side of U. S. Route 219 and about 1 mile south of Organ Cave,
known as Lot 15 of the Cedar Hill Subdivision, as shown on plat of said
Subdivision, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission
of Greenbrier County, West Virginia in Map Book 4, File Rack A-111.
Being the same property conveyed from Mary Ann Boone to Duane A. Williams and Leatha G. Williams, husband and wife, by Deed dated January 7, 2009, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 525, at page 761.
Terms of the sale: cash on date of sale.
