The last known party is deceased in Tucker County, West Virginia, it is ordered that J.E. Poling, his heirs and assigns serve upon Pat A. Nichols, plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is PO BOX 201, Parsons, WV 26287, an answer or other defense to the suit in this action on or before the 14th day of May 2022, otherwise failure to answer, judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition. A copy of said civil action can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
