The Tucker County Solid Waste Authority will hold a public hearing concerning the five-year update of the Tucker County Solid Waste Authority’s Comprehensive Litter and Solid Waste Control Plan and the Commercial Solid Waste Facility Siting Plan. The hearing will take place at the Office located at 284 Landfill Road, Davis, WV, on Monday, May 2, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. This plan may be reviewed at the Mountaintop Public Library in Thomas; Five River Public Library in Parsons; Tucker County Clerks Office; Region VII Planning and Development Council Office in Buckhannon, WV, and at the Tucker County Solid Waste Authority’s Office. Written comments will be accepted until Thursday, May 12, 2022, and may be mailed to the Tucker County Solid Waste Authority, P.O. Box 445, Davis, WV 26260.
