VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT – RANSON CITY COUNCIL (AT-LARGE SEAT)
The Ranson City Council is seeking qualified applicants to fill a vacant At-Large Council seat for the remainder of the current term, which expires on June 30, 2026.
Applicants must be residents of the City of Ranson. Individuals interested in serving on the City Council are encouraged to apply by submitting an application and any supporting documentation to [email protected] no later than July 14, 2025.
Applications may be downloaded from the City’s website at www.Ransonwv.gov or requested directly from the City Clerk or the City Manager.
Applicants should be available and prepared for an interview with the City Council on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, during the regularly scheduled Council meeting, which begins at 7:00 p.m. Digital attendance for the interview may be arranged in advance by coordinating with the City Clerk. The Council intends to make an appointment to fill the vacancy during that meeting.
