ORDER OF PUBLICATION
In this proceeding, the Petitioner, the Treasurer of Tazewell County, Virginia, seeks to sell real estate, situate in Tazewell County, Virginia, for the recovery of delinquent real estate taxes, pursuant to Section 58.1-3965 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended.

The parcel of said real estate is described as: That certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being situate in Tazewell County, Virginia, titled in the names of James L. Asbury and Kimberly L. Asbury, and being 1.10 acres (part of Share #4) located near Falls Mills, as described in the Tazewell County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 753, Page 754, being Tax Map Number 013-A-0016A. Said real estate is described more particularly in the Petition and exhibits attached thereto on file in the Tazewell County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office.
For such purposes, Petitioner will apply to the Circuit Court, sitting in the Town of Tazewell, in Tazewell County, Virginia, on March 22, 2019 at 9:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as Petitioner may be heard, for the entry of an Order of Default Judgment against certain named Respondents in this matter, and for the appointment of a Special Commissioner to conduct the sale of the real estate made the subject of this matter.
It appears by Affidavit filed according to Section 8.01-316 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, that the following named Respondent cannot be personally served because after diligent inquiry within the Commonwealth of Virginia, Petitioner has been without effect to ascertain the location of said Respondent. The last known addresses of said Respondent are as follows:

It is therefore ORDERED that the aforesaid Respondent APPEAR on or before March 22, 2019 at 9:00 AM, which is greater than fifty (50) days from the date of entry of this Order of Publication, in the Tazewell County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office to do what is necessary to protect their interests; and it is further ORDERED that if the above-named Respondent desires to assert any objection or defense to the Petition in this matter, said Respondent shall file its answer(s) and grounds of defense with the Tazewell County Circuit Court. Should said Respondent fail to file its answer(s) and grounds of defense, such failure shall preclude such Respondent from any other defense by way of pleas in bar or otherwise.
It is further ORDERED that the foregoing Order be published in the Bluefield Daily Telegraph, a newspaper of general circulation in Tazewell County, Virginia for two (2) successive weeks; that a copy be posted outside the courtrooms of the Tazewell County Circuit Court in Tazewell County, Virginia within ten (10) days after the entry of this Order of Publication; and that an attested copy of said Order of Publication be mailed to the above-named Respondent at its last known address as shown above; and that a certificate of the fact be filed in the papers of this matter.
