ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to fully and completely terminate all residual parental rights of Jessica Nichols (“Nichols”), with respect to Kaylee Campbell, a minor, and based on affidavit filed herein, the Court finds that there exists sufficient grounds for cause and service by process by publication. Therefore, Jessica Nichols (“Nichols”), is hereby notified that the failure to appear on the hereinafter noticed date and at that time may result in the entry of an Order approving a permanency goal of adoption as well as terminating her residual parental rights with respect to said minor. Jessica Nichols (“Nichols”) is hereby further notified that if her residual parental rights, if any, with respect to said minor child are terminated, she will no longer have any legal rights with respect to said minor child, including, but not limited to, the right to visit with said child or to have any authority with respect to the care and supervision of said child. Further, Jessica Nichols (“Nichols”) will have no right to make health related decisions or determine the religious affiliation of the minor child. Further, Jessica Nichols (“Nichols”) will have no legal and/or financial obligations with respect to said minor child. Further, as a result of the termination of Jessica Nichols (“Nichols”) residual parental rights, the Winchester Department of Social Services, may be granted the authority to place said minor child for adoption and consent to the adoption of said minor child.
This Order of Publication shall be run in The Fayette Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation in the Oak Hill, Fayette County, West Virginia area, once a week for four successive weeks.
This notice by Order of Publication is being provided pursuant to 16.1-283.A., Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. It is ORDERED that Jessica Nichols (“Nichols”), appear at the above-named Court to protect her interests on or before FEBRUARY 25, 2020, at 9:00 A.M.
