The West Virginia School of Osteo-pathic Medicine Board of Governors, on behalf of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) invites Contractors to submit Firm Fixed Price (FFP) sealed Bids to provide all work, as required, in accordance with the WVSOM Contracts Department Request for Bid (RFB) and the ZMM, Inc. Project Manual and Drawings for RFB Number WVSOM-17-B-010. This pro-ject shall include but shall not be limited to all labor, material, equipment, sup-plies, shipping, handling, and trans-portation (Project Work) required to complete the Masonry Restoration Project.

All bids must be submitted in accor-dance with the RFB as issued by the WVSOM Contracts Department. The RFB is to be issued on or about 12 October 2016.
Firm Fixed Price Sealed bids must be received by the WVSOM Contracts Department located at the WVSOM Main Building Quad, Room A220-221 400 Lee Street North, Lewisburg, WV 24901 NO LATER THAN 3:00 P.M. (EST) on 27 October 2016. All bids must be submitted on the RFB Document forms as required in accor-dance with the RFB. Additional information and requirements will be provided in the WVSOM RFB Documents.
MANDATORY PRE-BID MEET-ING: It is MANDATORY that all Bid-ders (Prime Contractors) attend the WVSOM Pre-Bid Meeting for this project to familiarize themselves with the Project Location, site conditions and other relevant information. A bid and/or bids received from a Bidder who did not attend the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting shall not be considered for award.
