You will take notice that DAMON RHEA, the purchaser of the tax lien(s) on the following real estate, Certificate of Sale: 2013-S-00000026, 3 AC E VALLEY RIVER, located in HUTTONSVILLE, which was returned delinquent in the name of WRIGHT CONNIE S, and for which the tax lien(s) thereon was sold by the sheriff of Randolph County at the sale for delinquent taxes made on the 22nd day of October, 2013, has requested that you be notified that a deed for such real estate will be made to him or her on or after April 1, 2015, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
