You will take notice that BACK CREEK PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2023-C-000056, located in ROMNEY District, .385 AC 1972 MOBILE HOME & CAN (CCC W/MP 18 – 20.1), which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of DAVIDSON KRISTA A., and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of HAMPSHIRE County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on March 10, 2025. BACK CREEK PROPERTY MANAGEMENT requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after January 1, 2026, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
