Woodlands Development group is soliciting bids for all phases of construction to be received at their office at 316 Railroad Ave, Suite 310 (3rd Floor), Elkins, WV 26241 as outlined below:
Firefly Commons Multi-Family Housing Development: The project will consist of multi-family housing with 7 buildings as follows: 6 one-story duplexes and 1 two-story fourplex, totaling 14,000 square feet. The Scope includes all phases of construction together, or separately. Your bid is deemed to include all costs associated with mobilization, insurance and bonding. Bids must be received at the office of Woodlands Development Group no later than 4 p.m. July 30th, 2021.
